At Opus Caviar, we are dedicated to delivering the highest quality caviar directly to you. Due to the perishable nature of caviar and the specific handling required to maintain its quality, we do not accept returns on any caviar purchases.
No Returns
Our caviar is shipped in vacuum-sealed tins with cold packs to maintain a constant temperature of 0°C during transit. This ensures the freshest possible product upon arrival. Once shipped, caviar cannot be safely returned, as its quality, flavor, and safety would be compromised.
Product Lifespan
- Unopened Tins: Caviar has a refrigerated shelf life of approximately 40 days when kept at 0°C in its vacuum-sealed tin.
- Opened Tins: Once opened, caviar should be consumed within 4 days, even when stored at 0°C, as exposure to air accelerates its natural degradation.
Refund Policy
We take every precaution to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition. However, if there is an issue with your shipment, such as receiving the wrong product or damage to the packaging, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at hello@opuscaviar.com or 888 869 6640. We will review your case and, if applicable, may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
