Opus Caviar delivers Imperial Ossetra caviar the same day, by courier and on ice, across the South Bay. Order any day between 10am and 5:30pm and it usually reaches your door in about an hour. We never send caviar by mail.

How it arrives
- You order. We pack your tin the moment you do.
- It goes into insulated packaging with ice that holds 28–32°F for about 12 hours.
- A courier brings it straight to your door. You get a text when it leaves us and again when it’s close.
- If no one answers, the courier leaves it at your door and sends a photo. Refrigerate promptly. All sales are final.
Put the tin in the coldest part of your fridge until you serve it, and enjoy it within 48 hours of opening. Our guide to serving caviar covers the rest.
When we deliver
- Every day, 10am to 6pm.
- Order by 5:30pm for today. Later orders arrive tomorrow from 10am.
- Or schedule a one-hour window, 10am to 6pm, up to six days ahead.

Gifts and teams
Send a tin to anyone in the delivery area and choose the hour it arrives. For clients or a whole team, corporate gifts take one card payment for five to a hundred recipients, each delivered on ice at the hour you pick.
Questions
Do you ship caviar by mail?
No. Fresh, unpasteurized caviar is at its best when it stays cold and moves quickly, so every order goes by courier, packed on ice, straight from our cold room to your door the same day.
How fast is delivery?
Orders placed between 10am and 5:30pm usually arrive in about an hour; checkout shows the estimated time for your address before you pay. Orders after 5:30pm arrive the next day from 10am, or you can pick a one-hour window up to six days ahead.
Do you deliver to San Francisco?
Not yet. Today we reach Cupertino, Sunnyvale, Mountain View, Los Altos, Los Altos Hills, Saratoga, Monte Sereno, Los Gatos, Campbell, Santa Clara, San Jose, parts of Palo Alto. Enter your address above to check, and we'll email you when we reach you.
How much does delivery cost?
The courier fee is a live quote for your address, shown at checkout and passed on with no markup. The caviar itself is $1.50 a gram in every tin size.
What if I'm not home?
If no one answers, the courier leaves it at your door and sends a photo. Refrigerate promptly. All sales are final.
Can I send caviar as a gift?
Yes, to any address in the delivery area. Choose "Send a gift", add the recipient's name and number, and pick when it should arrive. For five or more people, use corporate gifts.
Can I pick up my order?
No, we are delivery only.
